Pic2Go Ltd. (‘Pic2Go’) is committed to clearly communicating our privacy policy to users who use our website at http://www.pic2go.com or https://www1.pic2go.com or http://runpage.com (the “Sites” or “this Site”) and the services, features, content, applications or widgets offered by Pic2Go (Together “The Sites and Services”). The purpose of this statement is to inform you of the kind of information we may gather, how we store it and use it and with who we may share it. It also explains your rights, such as your rights to have the information removed or amended.

At Pic2Go, we respect your privacy and your choices. We hope that our Privacy Policy will be acceptable to you. If it is unacceptable, you may simply not use the Site. If you do choose to do that, we would really like to know what you found unacceptable, so that we may learn from that.
This Privacy Policy applies to all areas of the Site and any associated website, whether accessed through a computer, or mobile or other applications that we may develop or use. We may transfer or copy the Site or App, in whole or in part, to any other domain and/or change the name of the Site. In all cases, the Privacy Policy shall continue to apply.
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time, and the most recent version will always be available by selecting the “Privacy” link displayed on the site. The revised Privacy Policy will come into effect once posted on this site, and if you access or use the Site after that date, your use will constitute acceptance of such revised Privacy Policy. If any change to this Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, your only remedy is to stop accessing and using the Site and terminate your account. Therefore, Users are encouraged to check this Privacy Policy frequently for amendments.

Summary

We may collect and process the following information: • non-personally identifiable information. • personally identifiable information such as name, picture, email address and race bib number. • personally identifiable information from accounts that you may have on social media sites and received by us from our partners, clients or Businesses(see below).
Children must receive parental consent to use this Site. Children under 13 should not use it.
We process your information, including personally identifiable information in order to identify you in event photos and videos, add information to your photos and videos (as your name or performance statistics), create your personal RunPage, send you notifications and personalize the Sites and Services. We may use your information and allow business partners or affiliates of ours to use it in an anonymous manner for research and improvement of this Site. If you have agreed, we may process your information and export it to your personal Runpage.
We store user information, including personally identifiable information on our servers, and we may use third parties, who may be located outside of your country, to process this information, including personally identifiable information, for us. We make efforts to secure your information and will inform you of a breach. You may make choices regarding your information, its collection and use.

The information we collect

General
In order to provide you with, improve and personalize this Site, we collect certain information submitted to us by Users, or transferred to us during the course of communication between Users and this Site. Information is categorized as follows:

Anonymous information
Anonymous information is non-personally identifiable information. This means that it does not directly identify you, although it may identify the computer which you are using. Use of this Site involves the transfer of certain anonymous information between your device and our servers, such as your device’s IP address and the type of browser you are using.

Personally identifiable information
Personally Identifiable Information lets us know who you are. Examples of Personally Identifiable Information are your name, picture, email address and race bib number. By using the Site, you grant us permission to access and receive personally identifiable information from accounts that you may have on social media sites as Facebook®.
We may also receive and process personally identifiable information that our partners, clients, or Businesses(see below) may provide to us. This may include your name, bib numbers, race results and timing data and your email address.
Use of certain services and features of the Pic2Go Site also requires the submission of personally identifiable information such as your first name and surname, race participation and time, race bib no. and maybe your address, email. Some features may also require that you create an account or user name and password. In some cases, you may also be asked to enter such information as your age or gender or other information. Submission of personally identifiable information is voluntary. If you do not wish to submit personally identifiable information, you may choose not to use those services and features.

Information provided through social media apps and plug-ins
When you use the Pic2Go Service or App and link it to your social media account in order to receive and share your photos or videos or performance statistics, we might collect some of your basic information through the platform, as your name, your public profile picture or your email address. Collecting this information will be based only on your explicit permission (i.e. – permission you explicitly grant our applications) and your privacy setting in your account at social media websites like Facebook.

Information exported to RunPage
If you agreed to creation of a personal RunPage, then by using this Site you authorize us to export your pictures and data to the RunPage Site.

Geolocation information
When you connect to the Site using a mobile device or tablet, and in some cases, a computer, it may provide us with information regarding your precise geographical location. Also, when you indicate that you are a participant in a certain race, or supply us with your race bib no. this information will indicate your location.

How we use and disclose your information

When we use information, that is called “processing” of the information. Our service needs to process your information in order to create your personal Pic2Go deliveries, such as by preparing and letting you share your photos, videos, including your name, bib-number, performance statistics and race results. When you use this Site, you grant us permission to process your information for these purposes and as set out below, subject, however, to your rights as set out in the “your choices” section below.
Additionally, we may process all information, including your personally identifiable information, to provide you with, improve and personalize services, features, content, goods and advertisements, to manage your account, to contact you, services and features, and to offer you related goods, services and content. We may use your information and allow business partners or affiliates of ours to use it in an anonymous manner in order to conduct research about use of this Site, user habits and preferences.
We may share or transfer information, including personally identifiable information to our subsidiaries, parent or other related corporations, or to another corporation in the event of a merger, acquisition of this Site or of our business in general, or a business reorganization or restructure. In such event, all information may become subject to a different Privacy Policy as used or adopted by the acquiring party.
Other than for the above purpose, we will not share your personally identifiable information with other parties, except as stated in this Privacy Policy, or as specifically authorized by you.

Businesses

Pic2Go Service is typically used by businesses, event owners and photographers (“Businesses”) in order to upload content and photos or videos, names, emails and race results (or performance statistics) of customers, event participants and visitors (“Business Submissions”). These Businesses may also use our Service in order to collect data of event participants. Pic2Go does not control the Privacy Policy of any of those Businesses.

Permission Based Photography

Pic2Go encourages permission-based photography. Some Businesses notify consumers that by participating in activities. At the web sites of both Pic2Go and the Businesses, you may have the opportunity to request additional information, communicate with other sponsors, opt-in to further marketing offers, or link to the sites of other advertisers. Each one of the Businesses and advertisers may have a separate Privacy Policy. Please carefully review the Privacy Policy of other participating firms, to insure that you are fully aware of how they might handle your information.

Policy Concerning Under Age Of Thirteen

This Site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 16, please obtain the permission of your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before registering or submitting information.
Business using Pic2Go’s Service may take photos of participants of any age, but in compliance with existing and proposed laws. If you are aware of any information provided by a child under the age of thirteen, please send an email to contact@pic2go.com.

Privacy of your Photograph

Your photos or videos may be shared with the Businesses licensed our platform to provide services. In exchange for receiving a free photo/video, you grant both Pic2Go and the Businesses the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request in writing that we not use your photo in this manner by sending a request via email to contact@pic2go.com with the text REMOVE MY PHOTOS/VIDEOS in the subject line.

Cookies and automated collection of information

We use "cookies", which are small files containing a string of characters that uniquely identify your computer. Cookies are sent to your computer, mobile or other device when you access our Site in order to help us improve the quality of our service by storing information on user preferences and use of our Site, such as your search terms and display settings.
Depending on the type of browser you use (e.g. "Chrome", "Explorer", "Safari", "Firefox", etc.), you can set or reset your browser to refuse or limit acceptance of cookies, or certain types of cookies, to warn you when a cookie is being sent, or to delete stored cookies. Storage of Information

We store user information, including personally identifiable information on our servers, which may be located in different countries, or on servers of third parties who provide us with storage facilities, which may also be in different countries. Any personally identifiable or other information may therefore be used and stored in a country different from yours. We may use third parties to process information, including personally identifiable information, for us. We shall require such third parties to abide by this Privacy Policy.
Information is stored on secured servers and we shall use our best efforts and industry standard measures, technologies and procedures to preserve the integrity of personally identifiable information and to thwart unauthorized access and use thereof. Accessing and Modifying Your Personally Identifiable Information

Because of the nature of computers and the internet, we cannot guarantee that such deletion will remove all such information from all areas of the servers, or the internet.
Please note that if you chose to request us to modify or delete any personally identifiable or other information, we may retain copies of the information as originally submitted in order to ensure payment for any goods and services and as may be required by an order or subpoena issued by a judicial or administrative authority or by a law enforcement agency, or as we may in good faith, consider necessary under law, or upon a request or demand received by us in connection with a legal complaint, claim, suit or procedure.

Your continued access and use of this Site will indicate your consent to this. This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed under the laws of the state of Israel. As far as the law allows, exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or under this Privacy Policy shall be with the courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel. You hereby waive any right to file a claim in any other jurisdiction.
